If that team doesn't have as many "personnel issues" - injuries, suspensions, academic stuff, Hurst quitting we win it all.

I'm not asking for none of that stuff to happen, but just a good bit less. that was about as unlucky an LSU team as I could remember. Tyrann, Chris Faulk, Blue, Tahj, Hurst, Williford, Kwon. shite was crazy, baws.

I think it was Copeland with the personal foul. I could be wrong though.

That was my last game in the student section. I'll never forget it. Just amazing

Chavis's D lost that game. Cry about Miles some more.

Here's an idea... Maybe both our lack of offensive imagination late in the game AND Chavis' defense's failure in the clutch lost the game for us.

Not that game. If Chavis could have done anything at end of half and end of game, we win. It was a constant problem of his, and is the biggest contributor to that loss.

I get that it's the cool thing to do to just shite on Miles at every turn these days, but that game wasn't on him.

We physically dominated Bama almost the entire game. They had one good first half drive of 80+ yards. The other 2 scores both came on 2-min drill drives before close of each half.

I was screaming like a lunatic after the scoring drive before halftime that it would cost us the game.

As many people reflect on the Yeldon play on the ending game drive, the botched trick plays, unsportsmanlike on JC, etc... That 2-minute drive before halftime is often lost in the wash. I was going INSANE knowing it would cost us the game.

I'll never get over that game. That was one of Les's worst coached game from start to finish decision making wise. That game could've fixed everything but instead it was just the beginning of the end.

Good lord, could you be more defensive? I'm not "shitting" on Miles. Stop being such a victim.

I wasn't lucky enough to attend the likes of '07 FLA or '03 UGA...so this is also true for me...

Yeah, no I'm not. I'm actually looking at the game objectively. Miles made decisions that cost us that game and so did Chavis. That doesn't = shitting on Miles. It's just reality.

I don't feel like getting in a petty, 10 page LNCHBOX argument. Have a good one, man

Copeland had the retarded pf in 2012.
vadal retaliated in 2014 after someone was pulling him by the leg. he shoved him away to get him to stop. was r ragland maybe? anyway, of course WE got the pf to make it first and goal from the 21. no offsetting penalties.
miles lost us the 2012 game with help from chavis.
chavis lost the 2014 game. huge cushions, no tackling inbounds and totally fooled when they split cam rob out wide.

outcoached.

I was three rows off the field in the southwest corner of the endzone for that game. When Landry caught that touchdown at our end...I was at the Earthquake Game, UF 2007, but I have never, ever heard a sound like that. It was the loudest single moment I've ever heard, anywhere. I have goosebumps writing about it.

But we lost. And I wanted more than anything to get as far away as possible, but I was 1400 miles from home and my flight wasn't until Sunday night!

On the positive side, I met Lolo Jones before the game. She was freaking gorgeous in person.

The Tigers will have revenge next Saturday.
