For the OU game you can order as many extras as you have season tickets (if all tickets aren't sold initially).
Last year for USC, your date to be able to purchase extras was based on Loyalty Points rank and the max number of tickets you could purchase was based on annual giving level. If I had to guess, probably 6 for top donors, 4 for mid-tier, and 2 for anyone else. Or something like that which is similar to bowl ticket orders.
But it may just depend on how many end up being left over for sale.
