I'd MUCH rather them have it at baseball and basketball, not that I wouldn't want it at football too. I'm typically pretty ripped by kickoff and like to use the game to sober up a bit before making a drink at halftime with whatever I brought in.
Few things sound better than a beautiful Spring afternoon at the Box with a cold beer

My saints tickets are $25/piece and I bought them in high school.
Outside of the student section, I don't think your statement is true. The random terrace fights can be more entertaining than the game

based on my attending games in stadiums that sell beer, I would hope not...
first, open use of alcohol causes too many fights...
second, I just got damn tired of people going back and forth in front of me every few minutes either to piss or to get another beer...

ULL serves beer and it makes the games fun, fairly cheap to, 5 bucks a pop for Abita Amber.

False..... There are just as many fans attending game and a longer waiting list for season tix than ever....(I'm going on year 15 and when I bought my season tix I barely had to wait in a line.....
And the campus is more crowded crowded than ever......
I bring my flask in every week, but dammit I want beer.....
