Not at all. Just a good memory that kicked in while watching the draft.

Most folks get tired of Max. He will find some reason it is Les's fault.

Kinda intersting how all these posters suddenly came out to support Queen BBQ, isn't it?

You don't have to insult the man for it to be apparent you have some sort of personal disdain for him.

Who would that be?

Besides he has multiple user names.

And the power to rewind his post count. The original poster may have just barked up the wrong tree.

4. DO NOT engage in personal attacks on other users. Healthy debate is expected and encouraged, but take the childish insults elsewhere. This is particularly true with regard to visitors from other schools. Moderators will be especially watchful for verbal abuse, ridicule, ad hominem attacks, and stalking.

You're incorrectly assuming I have disdain for him. I'm simply interested whether or not he holds himself accountable. I love the NFL Draft, evaluating college players and where they'll get drafted; so this was a topic of interest that popped into my head.

I ask of you how I violated that rule you posted.

I was careful to not bump the old thread since I knew that was frowned upon. Posting a link is OK, no?

this is funny

in 2009, I don't think anyone thought that he would have the issues that he had.

also, the qb he had from the end of 2009 to present sucked

I believe that's a debate for another thread. I saw the lack of quickness and the inability to beat jams. And I personally don't think NFL evaluators draft WRs based on how good their QB was.

Toliver certainly looked the part. I recall the excitement of '07 and also the two more years he spent alongside of LaFell. I would have pegged him for being every bit as good as Green or Jones at one point (that point has been gone). Keep in mind the qb issues we have had have not helped hi out at all.

Max and I got into it in that thread.

This was my post summing up our opinions:

quote:

I'll stand on what's been said here. My position on Toliver is:

He drops more passes than he should
He doesn't really play big (make many plays in traffic over people)
He's on the end of more than his fair share of miscommunications with the QB
It's no sure thing that he runs sub 4.5

...and because of that, the recent reports of NFL teams having him graded in the 3rd-4th round right now are reasonable.

Your position on Toliver is that he's a sure fire 2nd round pick RIGHT NOW if he comes out because he FOR SURE would run a sub 4.5 forty and that in itelf with his height would guarantee that draft position.

Not only was he wrong, but he was a douchebag while expressing his opinion and disagreeing with others.

It's all there in the link.
