Not sure if it was coincidence but they were playing Calabria 2008 (Crews walk up song) for Brown. Probably needs to make that permanent after a 3 run bomb.

Baseball players have become increasingly douchier over the last 10 years. The bat flip rules are due to Tennessee's 2022 team. The rule on bat flips was implemented for 2023. The bat can't go higher than the shoulders. Players have been ejected for it over the last couple of years.
For all the crying in this thread, Brown was not ejected and he definitley flipped the bat higher than the rule allows.
