Negative ghostrider... they scored 22 total runs this weekend with 5 total runs in 12 innings against UCONN.

it's a series that you all should win. that said, we have two of the best pitchers in the country in johnathan gray (1.59 era 10-2) and dillon overton (2.91 era 9-2).
as someone said earlier, bats haven't been all that great throughout the season, but they are hot right now. matt oberste (.376) and max white (.313) are the only people batting over .300, but others are close.
our record is 43-19 and we are on an 8 game win streak. one thing that doesn't bode well for us is our record away from home, 9-10. as hostile as alex box is, this really worries me.
like i said, i think you all will probably win the series, but it won't be easy. to think otherwise is idiotic.
got four tickets through the OU ticket office this morning to each of the first two games, so i'm going to be making the drive up from new orleans. unfortunately for me and OU, i'll probably have three LSU fans in tote.
