Looks like Tee Martin wants out of southern cal, he is interviewing for the Oakland Raiders wr job.

I don't want Ensminger as OC. I loathe the hire.
But Tee Martin would not be an improvement.
However, there are probably 50 OCs that we could get that I'd rather than either one of them.

Ensminger is actually a really solid recruiter himself.
Again, the Ensminger hire was terrible, but Tee Martin would've been just as bad.

I don't know if Tee Martin would've been a good hire, but he's a young mind that runs an exciting offense and he wanted the job. HE REACHED OUT TO YOU. No reason to not even listen to him.
O's entire process is bullshite. You can't know he's not the guy unless you actually interview him. You interview him and you're not satisfied, fine.

Had O hired Tee the refrain on here would have been:

edit - for the record, I wanted Tee Martin and would've been happy if that was the hire. But the verdict is still out on him as an OC.
