Tech challenged Old Tiger needing help

I have the ESPN app, and a Cox logon I enter to be able to watch video etc. However I do not have a subscription to ESPN+. Is there any free alternative to get ESPN+, and thereby get into SECN+? Thanks.

You don't need espn+ to access secn+, those are two separate things

You don’t need espn+, just a cable sub that has SECN.
You may need to log out of the Cox account and log back in within espn if it’s not working for you.

I have a Sony tv and Comcast cable. I turn off my tv with the Comcast remote, turn it back on with the Sony remote, hit home on the Sony remote, find the ESPN app, open it then find the baseball icon then find the game.
