Tebow showed a level of character beyond his years after the Ole Miss loss.

He apologized to the fans of Gator Nation, owned up to his mistakes and vowed it would not happen again this year. Then he made sure he held his word and played his *** off (as Les would say).

All we've gotten all year is some blame game. Excuses. No mid-season corrections. No post-season corrections (yet, hopefully, yet). No effort, no intensity, no fire. Hell, I don't mind losses when I see 110% out there. Breaks don't always fall your way and you are going to lose some games.

Rather than coming out and saying, "Hey I don't blame the fans for leaving when we were down 31-3 to a mediocre mid-major. We stunk. I would have left, too. But we won't let it happen again." Instead, we get, "I can't believe the fans left us."

Tebow's coach is pretty much a classless POS (as evidenced by his rampant negative recruiting and his ever-eagerness to run up the score on a weaker opponent while leaving his starters in the game and/or calling late timeouts) but his student has shown class and chutzpah well beyond his years. Why is that too much to ask for?

Miles is a $3.75mi/yr man. TT will wish he can ever make that kind of money.

Are you kidding? TT will make more than that on shoe endorsements alone.

Let me guess. You're another one of those Tebow won't make in the NFL idiots?

You're right, our players and coaches don't want to win and they don't give any effort.

Whether or not Tebow ultimately has a long, lucrative NFL career, he will be successful in life in whatever he does. I am hoping they represent the SEC well and win in Miami.

Tebow is an amazing athelete and an amazing kid. I know I will get yelled out for the next statement. I think Urban Meyer is probably not bad as he is made out to be. Before you start typing to "yell" at me. I read an article about him the other day that talked about he left recruiting meeting (or something like that) when one of his players mothers died this year. He said that he needed to go and be with his players to help him out in this time. Meyer has always praised Tebow for the outstanding quarterback that he is and outstanding kid that he is. To other teams and their fans he may not be an incredibly great person but I think to his players he is probably someone they can look up to.

Alright I'm ready for it.

Tebow is a class individual who plays with intensity and brings more leadership to his team than anyone I have ever seen in college football. Miles has not once apologized to the Tiger nation about this season. He is not a leader nor is he man enough to own up to his mistakes.

But Lessy did nothing wrong. Why apologize?

The only think I don't like about Tebow is that he plays for Florida instead of LSU. Other than that, he is the strongest leader in college football today. With Tebow, it's all about the team- a strange concept for 90% of the football players of today. We need to spread his qualites to every team. Imagine more Tebows' and less trash talking, with the all about me, me, me, primadonna player attitudes.

Aside from the fact that I don't dislike him because he plays for the Gators, I say dead on, Tiger in Texas. Dead on.
