what does that have to do with anything? a 3rd failed test results in being barred from all athletics, practices, using team facilities, EVERYTHING. if he was practicing last week, a #3 consequence never occurred or this was the #3 failed test. all logic dictates this was the 3rd failed test and he was dismissed accordingly.
