Hornsby or a Darrel Mitchell type player is needed on this team.

Um. Waters, Mays, Smart, Naz can all shoot from anywhere. This hasn't been a problem...

But they're not "shooters". It seems that in every game LSU's opponents in the pmac have that one guy, sometimes 2, the seem to drain all their threes.
Days seems to fill that role a bit but Edwards was supposed to be that guy.
Look what that guy from Florida did to LSU tonight. Nobody on LSU's roster does that.

People that don’t understand basketball don’t understand the difference between being able to make a 3 and being a consistent shooter. No one on that list are consistent.

No shite I’ve been saying this all year. Naz will be the only “shooter” to finish the season above 35%. We’ve all but quit shooting them . Our game is dribble penetration throw it up ,rebound the misses or shoot free throws. It’s works for us most days. No sustainable but it’s all we can rely on.

We don't knock down the threes like we need to of late. The law of averages have to work out. Every single team can't keep shooting like they have, against us.
