I posted this yesterday and it was removed from the board instantly. The worst part about this for the team and him is that he sustained injuries in this wreck. He was more than twice the legal limit. I was not told how bad his injuries were or if any one else was hurt

How many fans on here are going to call him a thug?

Well actually, I'm going to push for legislation that automatically adds 'Attempted Murder' to every DWI arrest since that is in fact what you are doing when you are driving drunk.

False. He hit a parked car at about 5mph leaving a frat party. No injuries for anyone.

Y'all might have caught one!

Oscar Gonzales, 28, 4500 Sherwood Commons, first-offense DWI, headlights required and improper lane usage.

Interesting because he sure was brought in for Medical attention before he was booked.

I didn't know much about this until today. It looks like he's had a previous run in with the law. He was riding a motorcycle without a helmet (wtf?!), and never bothered to get his motorcycle endorsement.

"On Tuesday, February 10, 2009, Bobby Hebert of 530 Avala Court, Alpharetta, Georgia
30022, was issued a Uniform Traffic Ticket (#7880754) for violating LRS 47:501 FAILURE
TO REGISTER, LRS 32:408 MOTORCYCLE ENDORSEMENT REQUIRED and LRS
32:190 SAFETY HELMET REQUIRED; NOTICE OF VIOLATION (#2145483). No further."

Lovely. I can assume this, but usually when someone gets everything written on them like this, it's because they got cocky with the officer.

I wonder what his BAL was.

I still think DUI's should be on a BAL scale.

.08-.12 = minor infraction (no arrest, maybe a citation)

.13-.20 = arrest

.20+ = major infraction / mandatory jail time / revocation of DL

No way of knowing. But we do know he's now been arrested and previously made the paper for a criminal offense.

You can't brand him a thug, but you can question his brainpower. Both of things, we know of, can get either himself or someone else killed.
