LSU comes away with the win 7-6 against Florida (only a few plays from this actually happening). Is there still the same whinning and brand new LEE fans? I'm not saying we should have won against Florida or that we are a great team, but I have a feeling there would still be plenty who say we will lose 3 more. Some people don't realize these are KIDS, not pro football teams. The stats are down offensively, YES, but a good O-line starts with the center, who is 19. A good offense starts with the QB, who is 19! Chill out and be a fan, not a coach from the bleachers. I promise you'll enjoy it more (and feel more like your money for the seats were worth it).

I agree, but guess what, the likelihood of us losing later in the season is almost 100%. How many times has LSU gone undefeated? We all would love to, but it just doesn't happen. So we beat Florida, lose to someone else, and everyone still bitches. People like this are in a lose-lose situation.

Great quote and should be hung above Les Miles' office door. You can't be afraid to lose. This is so contradictory to competition. But this is how a lot of people live.

Good Lord LSU fans are more delusional than Alabama fans. I love ya, but you are in a fog of delusion. The OP is actually using a hypothet to make the case for Les Miles. Are you serious? Take your head out of your coonass and either hold hands with the "Postigers" who will blindly follow Miles into mediocrity, or use reality and your intuition to conclude what you already know but won't admit: Miles is a bozo.
