I am not a Les Homer,but i love LSU and i am grateful to what Les has done to the program.
But many times i get tired of all the smoke and mirrors approach when it comes to naming the starter at QB.
And i really cannot get over the fact that why some players get the nod for more playing time over an other player who has shown more promise.
For example trying to force feed a huge helping of Ware and Blue,while Ford seems to be making better impact.
Same goes for putting in JJ versus Lee.
Should playing time not be equivalent to performance.That does not seem to be the case with Les.
Has anyone else felt the same way.
Just sit back on enjoy the ride. Coaches play certain players for reasons that we don't understand. Each player's performances are not mutually independent. Ford is able to get outside easily on the speed option because Ware is "force fed" up the middle opening up the outside for Ford. Blue is able to make big runs in the second half because Ware& Ford wore down the D in the first half. Sometimes a player doesn't look effective in one game because the coaches are trying some things before they play an opponent down the road. And so on.
Football is the ultimate team game. The best thing is too cheer for whomever is on the field wearing the Purple & Gold.

it's always the argument brought up any time people question a coaching decision. if you're not a coach, you can't criticize or question anything apparently

I guess after 7 years with miles' quirky behavior some people just don't know how to accept that this year's team is undefeated, undisputed number 1 and has been sitting in that position for 8 weeks now.

Questioning the QB choice isn't the problem.
But the back lash you see on here comes because of those that put on their tin foil hats and basically claim there is a conspiracy to why Les plays one qb over the other.

Questioning decisions? That isn't what has been taking place. A meltdown was occurring after a close to 500 yard output and 5 touch down win.

i think we all understand that running it down WKU's throat in the 2nd half on the ground does not really say anything. all you had to do was watch that offense in the first half under JJ and know how reminiscent it was of last years.
