Our coaching is shite, but our boys are slower, weaker, and less coordinated than peer competitors.

This is all I'm saying. I'm not trying to defend the coaches really but I'm not going to get upset week after week when we lose this year bc of the offensive game plan and game time coaching. We are going to lose games. It's bc we're not very good

1. Agree that the talent isn't there. Depth is a problem and that falls on the coaches/recruiting.

2. If the talent is there it is being very poorly coached and prepared.

Miles has overstayed his welcome.

So you readily accept that we can't even stay on the field against Miss St and Auburn? Just think about what you just said. Our program is at a level that we can't even be competitbe with our SEC West opponents.

I figured that would be our toughest game going into the year. Having Bama lose and having it announced in the stadium last night as we started a true freshman on the road was about as difficult a setup as you can imagine.

A loss was no big deal, but there wasn't a hint of competition from us. La. Tech was within 2 scores of Auburn in the 4th quarter. Kansas State (who has much less talent than us) was within 6 points of Auburn late in the 4th quarter. Yes, I realize they get more jacked up for us, but come on...

Mississippi State and Auburn had 17-point leads before LSU scored a point and Wisconsin scored 10 before we scored a point, but soon had a 17-point lead as well. We were atrocious against New Mexico State to start the game and had three turnovers in our first four possessions (four turnovers in the first quarter). I mean, it has been a bunch of miserable starts and terrible play calling to start out every game. If New Mexico State was completely awful, we could have been in trouble in that one too.

Yeah, we're young, but the coaches look like rookies too and that ain't a good thing.

Its been a while since I've noticed a real talent advantage. LSU is talented but struggles at QB, is always young, and the offensive scheme is dull.

Hire BeBe as DC and get some emotion on the team. I mean Chavis 3rd and Chavis sitting upstairs is not doing jack right now .....
