I think we are all saying we are at a crossroads. Wrong hire = FSU/Tennessee ramifications. Deal with it.

This. Les allowed an incredibly selfish culture to manifest and O has brought it to another level.

While the NFLSU type advertising is cool to see, these guys need to be LSU first. the nfl will undoubtedly be the byproduct. Too many players are here for the nfl. Nothing more. That is a dangerous situation.

The new hire will have to come in and (re)establish a proper culture. And I am talking about everything from academics to compliance to player evaluations. Then he can worry about the product on the field. If things are not done properly from Sunday to Friday, then they will never be right on Saturday.
