Count me in this number.......Although disappointed, I am very proud of our players. I can't help to think what UFAG did in 2007 following their NC year.......and they are back this year. We have a good chance in finishing up this year strong by winning the last three and the bowl game. Mark it down.....we WILL be back in 2009!!!!!....this will be our payback year!!!

Defense played great - they really came together and played the way we hoped they would this year. This defense is still young, full of guys who were backups until this year.

The offensive line really came together too.

Obviously the passing game is in disarray, but we knew that would be the case when Miles let RP go in the Spring. Frankly, I prefer an average team of honest folk than a band of criminals. Miles made the right choice. Now the team and the fans are paying the price for that virtue.

When I looked at this schedule at the beginning of the year I thought 2-3 losses. So here we are. Remember in 2004 after Saban's NC...LSU had 3 losses.

Extremely proud of LSU. They said all week their hearts would be in it and they were. No doubt. Also, kudos to Quinn Johnson who opened up some huge holes and had some very nice blocks.
