You see guys that have been in for 10+ still years and are still stuck in an E-5 position. Then you see guys that have been in for 4-6 years who are already at that point and even higher. That's my point. Seniority isn't that much of a factor. That's all I'm saying.

Just looking at the guy, he seems to fit. sort of a no frills kind of guy, great compliment to Cheif, who is absolute zero frills.
