Only programs that understand the people that make up the fan base have lives that suck and are insecure losers erect statues, especially of coaches. It seems that some programs have a need to worship coaches with the redass that lack integrity and moral character traits. No coach or player is bigger than the program. I would rather Lsu be identified by Mike the Tiger and the best homefield advantage in Tiger Stadium than coach worship.

A statue of a coach is degrading to the teams that have won National Championships. No statues!
