Understand the history very well. 2MM and all that NIL puts him closer to retirement and his earning potential would go up if he does a great job, which I would fully expect.

He also can be fired after a bad year or 2. That won’t happen at usm.

That would be a guaranteed 5 year contract with incentives. It would take him 20 years to make that much in Southern Miss. you sound like the southern Miss guys that think he wouldn’t leave for money.
