From watching Driskel in the Bama game, he would look at one receiver and if the receiver was remotely covered, he would try to run. This worked 1 time.

I am sure we will mix up our defensive coverages as usual, but I would imagine we will spy him a lot with a lb or safety since he will be looking to run so much. The only way Florida moves the ball will be dump offs and crossing routes to Demps & Rainey. Chavis will gameplan to take these short passes away.

a game plan that suits Driskel skills and limits

This is Charlie Weis we are talking about, he has never done that very well. And Muschamp will just scream at him all week.

I expect them to be pretty futile.

THe only thing that worries me is Driskel having better wheels than I thought he had, but not really that concerned.

Has a true freshman QB ever had this hard of a opener? Brantley gets hurt and Driskel comes in vs a tough #3 Alabama team. Then find out you're starting next week in Death Valley vs #1 LSU.

Our short kickoffs could be a major problem

Lifting Hairston's redshirt has helped immensely in that regard.

ya gotta think that weiss will be anticipating this and will call a lot of screens and misdirections. i just hope we can confuse him enough for him to throw some pics. blitzing is very risky. might be better to do it selectively but threaten it a lot.

They might not score on LSU. Seriously, it will be a blowout.

CLM would put in second string if it was looking that way. They will put some points up.
