So Who Steps Up as Defensive Leader?

The loss of Greg Brooks has left a mark on this defense. I feel like they have no identity now, no tone setter or play maker. You need on the field leadership to build unity, confidence, and swagger... all of which we are lacking right now. So who do you think will rise to the challenge...

Honestly, I'm calling on Whit Weeks to take control of this team. As weird as it sounds, with him being a true freshman, this kid is special. He's the only one who's shown constant energy and aggression. Getting the crowd into it and making plays.

I would love to see an vet assume this role, but Wingo seems quiet, Burns talks the most but can't seem to back it up. Perk is just a stone cold killer so I can't see him hyping everyone up. Whoever it is, someone needs to step up right now.

Even if that’s true, that’s some BS. As #18 & a team captain, that’s his job to be the leader

we need practice on the field leaders.

we’re confused out there and DL aren’t gonna be the ones getting guys lined up behind them.
