I’m at the camp this morning and this weather has us stuck on the porch drinking coffee. Who could move to corner if need be on our team? Todd Harris and Eric Monroe seem like good candidates. Both seem to have the skill set and are stuck in that log jam at safety. Who else?

I've heard Kelvin Joseph's name thrown out there.

Drake Davis. Elite athlete that can't live up to his potential at WR so move him to the other side of the ball.

How can you say Davis can't live up to his potential at WR when he hasn't even really played yet? If we really do come out with 4 wide sets and have a QB that can sling it then Davis might explode.

We’re not moving anyone to corner that’s already on campus. Greedy, Fulton, Vincent, Kirklin, and Jospeh will be there this year. Joseph will likely move to safety next year and be in a Jamal Adams role. The good news is, Todd Harris, John Battle, Kary Vincent, and Eric Monroe are all versatile enough to play in the slot so we can still see a lot of the nickel package.

Dude got out worked by Russell Gage. He hasn't played because he hasn't put in the work to get on the field and produce. He has all the skill in the world and should have been starting as a sophomore.

Hope Jerry Sullivan can get him to step it up or he will be passed by one of the freshmen.

Yup, that's how you can spot the bandwagon fans that came around the past five years or so.

You're clueless about the position it appears. Using Russell Gage as an indictment? You do realize they play 2 different wr positions don't you? Davis is gonna run fricking jet sweeps 12 times a game. That's not his skillset. I you had used Chark or Sullivan or pretty much anybody aside from Gage and Dillon and maybe your argument would at least be somewhat valid.

Davis will be fine at wr. Need to open things up and have a qb that can utilize his ability.
Davis at CB is about as dumb as the Gage comparison. He's 6'4 and a great athlete but a corner skillset he does not have. Hell Devin White is a great athlete why don't we move him to corner while were at it.

As for legitimate possible candidates, the aforementioned Safeties like Paris, Monroe etc can okay the slot to help make up for the depth issues immediately. As for the offensive side, keep an eye on Jaray Jenkins. Has ideal size and he's got a skillset that could translate over. Just a fish but its not out if the question he can be prepared in time if we make the move early.
Personally I look for a grad transfer that doesn't use a counter spot.

Of the WRs, Jefferson seems like the ideal body type to make the transition.
