It's time for Miles to go but we'll never find anyone who will do better. So keep him because he's trending down. We will never find anyone to be more mediocre and look what he's done for the program even though we need a change.

Give him an ultimatum. Let cam go. Let Steele go. Let BDP go. Let Ensminger go. Maintain a CEO role and give complete autonomy to the new OC. Don't like that? We'll find your replacement.
