I don't think UK has any say in where he can or can't go due to that grad transfer rule. Since we don't play them, even if they can, their only incentive to block him would be spite.

If we can't sway Franks to reconsider, Towles is a good holdover option. We would still need to take a QB if possible, but like with McMillen, there wouldn't be any immediate pressure on him to play.

Another option, especially if the staff can't get anyone good enough to take to consider us, would be to look at Will Grier if he decides to transfer. His suspension would lapse during his transfer year, and I think he would have at least 2 to play 2. That would buy us time to see if McMillen will pan out, and if we can flip Narcisse next year, give him time to mature.

So what is the harm in taking a look at them all? The staff doesn't have to talk to them all but if QBs are looking to transfer why not give them the once-over?
