This suit, if it happens, wont be during season and if it proceeds, LSU will have the emails, texts, phone records, from players showing contact from other SEC schools.

People think it has been a distraction for LSU players, but this has been a huge mind frick for Clemson players. LSU players know these guys aren’t practicing and are not part of the gameplan, so business as usual. Clemson is hearing they will be going against NFL players and their coach is so worried he is claiming breach of contract, basically saying they are afraid. For the last two weeks they have been distracted about if they play or not, they’ll be looking to the sidelines wondering if the pro players are there.
