Slow corners

I know we like to recruit these long rangy corners but we may need to change that like goddamn these guys are slow...there was several of plays in man to man where they just threw a go route and got burned Ricks, Ward, Evans, and Flott are slow as hell

I don’t think speed is the issue as much as being totally lost in the new defense.

If that is true, Pelini should’ve stopped playing man because they got beat one on one all day long. He made no adjustments and kept trying to pressure the QB all day, while leaving unproven corners out to dry. Should’ve tweaked the game plan after Stingley was a scratch. Poor performance across the board.

From my observation speed and technique was an issue they were getting blown by all game bro

Pelini showed Les Miles type stubbornness last night I was screaming at the tv like bro please get out of man because these dude can’t cover nobody

When you don’t know what to do and stand still at the snap or wait to react to the WR, you will look slow.

Every DB gave up leverage almost every snap yesterday. That will make you “look” slow.

Not to mention conditioning. No one knows what condition this team is in

Flott is not as slow as he showed yesterday this is the same flott that was running step for step wirh Ruggs he can run
