Yes and no, as an organization no, but currently they have attendance up 30% yoy. That is purely the Skenes effect.

Pretty obvious the “agreement” that he signed was no longer valid once he was disenrolled from the academy.

He did not break some agreement or commitment like you said he did. He left before the commitment dinner & he still plans to rejoin the military in the future.

What else you got?

Interesting post considering he literally signed a contract for college and then left that college

You don’t sign a contract at a military academy until the beginning of your 3rd year. So no he didn’t sign a contract or he wouldn’t have been able to transfer from the AFA.

Yes, yes you do

You sign before you ever step foot on campus. You just are able to get out of it penalty free until the start of year 3. That isn’t debatable

As you’ve already posted, they sign an “agreement” on day 1. Which can be removed once they are disenrolled. Usually still requires some type of commitment for active duty, which Skenes has agreed to

You sign a piece of paper, they literally call a commitment, saying by attending the university you commit to serve your country upon graduation

You simply can break that commitment penalty free if you leave before commitment dinner.

It’s literally called an agreement

Absolutely, as an LSU fan I honestly cringe at some of the stuff my brethren post here in regard to Skeenes. They mean well but some have very, very limited knowledge of MLB and how it works.

he could be 12 and 0 with any run support

Why would he care? He is playing for money. The only stats that matter are the ones he controls, i.e. ERA, K/Walks, etc.
