Skenes is pitching Monday if we need him

In some capacity, whether it be starting and giving us 3-5 innings, or pitching a single inning and getting us out of a jam or closing out the game.

He can close out either Sunday or Monday if you have the lead late.

I would hate to be the batters facing Skenes if he was to only come in to close the ninth with a small lead. That man would hit 105+ knowing he is just throwing the one inning and refusing to let anyone take away his championship.

Exactly he's got tree trunk legs.
And he's technically extremely sound in his delivery like Ryan, limiting stress on his shoulder.
Nolan once threw 235 pitches in a major league game. True story.
