Huge mistake coming here. Miles was the only one who promised him a shot at QB

And he gave him a shot but he wasn't good enough, hell he wasn't even the best qb among the receivers.

Naturally he got moved to wr after qb didn't work but he wasn't that good there either, we all got to see it.

People need to stop making him out to be this sympathetic figure or annoint him a heisman contender in a spread offense, he just wasn't that good.

Look at all the folks in this thread turn on shep because he did not say anything positive about miles offense.

Amazed how quickly they bash a guy who has said nothing bad about LSU simply because they are afraid he will say something negative about Miles.

It's probably best for him to keep it quiet. Why burn bridges?

Can't speak for them but I personally wish he would come out and bash the frick out of Miles. That's not why I think he needs to step back from they keyboard for a while. He really is starting to sound like a little punk though. There are plenty of other players who don't have the talent they thought they did and phased out. They didn't get on twitter and act like bitches

That's been the theme lately. Suudenly he just sucks and has never been good at any position since coming here.

He averaged 8.1 yards per carry this season rushing. Shep is good, but he just came to the wrong team.

He really hasn't said anything to warrant people getting pissed at him. Twitter hags need to stop following athletes on twitter and repeating everything they say.

Where have you been the last 2 seasons? Every time he dropped a ball (which was pretty often) he was crucified on here. This isn't a "sudden" thing

If Chip Kelly goes to the NFL I would love to be apart of his scheme ...It fits me !!!

Wow. He really seems to be saying he made a mistake coming to LSU.

Lets be real....If Shep played in Urban's, Chip Kelly or Sumlin's system..

He would have been a very good college QB.

I see your point and I can agree to a certain extent. The public perception though gets bounced around that he is very bitter towards LSU and Les Miles..just as it was when he tweeting after last year's national championship game. The whole thing just reminds me of Uncle Rico "If coach would have put me in in..we'd have took state!"

And that was while using him in terrible situations. The kid was talented and was definitely utilized wrong. But he did choose to come to a school that had more talent than anyone in the country and didn't have a true position.

As much as I'd love to trust the ole reliable "drunken eyeball test", can someone find how many dropped passes he has in his career at LSU?

People are projecting their own ideas. He has said nothing negative or even remotely close to what is being attributed.

I would love to hear what happened the past 4 years behind the scenes but I doubt he will ever go that route.
