He's not. He'll be an early second-rounder.
The average base salary over three years for an NFL second round draft pick in 2011 was approximately $2.62 million.
The average signing bonus for an NFL 2nd round draft pick in 2011 was approximately $1.65 million.
Not sure how the new CBA affects these numbers, but suffiice it to say, RR is gone. There's too much on the table.

Ever thought that Miles told RS that RR wasn't coming back and that he would be the # 1 reciever if he came back for his SR year and that he would improve his draft status because they would be looking to pass more next year?
