Brett Favre and Randy Moss are going to be hall of famers both with questionable work ethic. The list of great players with bad work ethic is pretty long.

there is a baseline level of preparation necessary, but not every player has to prepare at an elite level

randy moss almost did

Moss may or not be there. Ask Cris Carter or Tim Brown.

Ironically, it IS his lack of work ethic that may keep him out of HOF and cost him championships.

Moss doesn't have a super bowl ring, and I think you're wrong about Favre back in the day...he was a great leader

such a stupid stat to judge individuals

moss was involved on teams that over 2 years lost 1 regular season game

1 lost in the playoffs b/c its formerly perfect kicker missed a FG and 1 lost b/c of an OL meltdown and a miracle catch

...and a TD by plax burress

read any book on competing at high levels over time and preparation is the ultimate predictor...but keep on whacking off to wasted talent

Being a leader doesn't equal having work ethic.

i'm not

and nobody is accusing any LSU player (at this moment) of having a BAD work ethic (like the guys listed

if a guy is pulling an iverson, it WOULD be a chemistry issue. but nobody is accusing any LSU player of that

Are there any players that you ever agree with Miles that get playing time? It seems that it doesn't matter who he puts on the field, that you play some contrarian role and question the play time that certain players get.

You called out others for bias saying that you don't trust analysis of players from biased people. That is laughable because you have continued to prove an anti miles bias and a bias for certain players. It goes both ways.

hell brett favre basically did everything to avoid training camp last year and players on the vikes were doing anything they could to insure he was coming back (last year)

Moss' poor work ethic caused the ball to stick to Tyree's head.

I don't know. Probably a better chance of winning one with the Pats versus Vikes or Titans.

How many contenders avoided him because of his rep?

Nice work. A few are questionable but good list nonetheless. Now start compiling a list of guys on the opposite side of the spectrum. I bet there are more hall of famers and super bowl champions on that list.
