from X's & O's and game management in order to denegrate the job that Coach Les Miles has done is rediculous and ignorant. In order to be a GREAT head coach you must work at all aspects of the job. Each individual coach brings certain strengths and weaknesses. The job performance is to be evaluated based on the results on the field, results expresed in Wins and Losses.

Individual fan emotional response to the coach's or team's performance is irrelevent. Coach Miles' Win/Loss record is very good thus far. Act like it.

Tell that to NFL scouts and they will laugh in your face.

So will the children on the short bus. Too bad neither group really matters in this context.

NFL scouts will laugh if I suggest a head coach's job performance rating should be based on his Win/Loss percentage? I think you are mistaken.
