I wanna hear about how chavis didn’t immediately improve this defense in 2009
Or how he coached some absolutely disgusting defenses in 2011 and 2012.
Or how he managed to still field a top ten defense in 2014 despite LSU being so young after being crushed by attrition in 12 and 13.
Really, do go on and tell me about this terrible DC LSU had for 6 seasons.

that 2014 defense really wasn't all that great.
and the only reason he *improved* the defense waa because the malveeto bullshite before him was atrocious in itself.
games where LSU shite the bed while Chavis was here (Just because LSU won doesn't mean Chavis did a good job in it)
Bama 2012, Towson 2012, Ole Miss 2012, Clemson 2012
TCU 2013 went 4-8 and drove up and down our arse the whole game. Bama 2013 Georgia 2013 Ole Miss 2013 Arkansas 2013 Miss St 2013.
Chavis benefited from Miles clock control offense and great athletes. I'm thankful he left
that 2014 defense really wasn't all that great.

Towson 2012 LSU held Towson to under 300 yards despite losing the TOP battle.
2013 defense stunk. They really stunk. I won’t defend that. But if you look at the departures from 11 and 12 it makes sense.
2014 was an actual young team. O fans who want to say 2017 was a young team should take a good look at the 2014 roster

I forgot he was at Arkansas until a couple days ago. So glad that fat piece of crap is gone
