Do you believe the Ragin Cajuns are a lock for a National Seed or do they need to win the Sun Belt tourney?
Need to win the Sun Belt Conference tournament to be very safe
Which team(s) style of play sets up great should they make it to the CWS and play in TDAmeritrade Park
TCU and Cal Poly would match up really well in Omaha. The team I don't think would matchup well in Omaha is Louisiana-Lafayette. The Cajuns rely heavily on A) the long ball and B) hitting into the gaps. TDA is not conducive to that (see Indiana last year)
When is the tournament field announced
Hosts announced Sunday afternoon, Field/National Seeds Monday morning.
That shouldnt effect LSU. Being in the SECt title game should be enough for a host.

I just don't think we are good enough to make it to omaha. I think we get out of a regional even as a 2 seed, but I don't think we are good enough to beat a good team on the road in a super regional.
also does the committee put us far enough away that we wouldn't go to ULL for a regional or be paired up with them for a super?

Mississippi State and Arkansas. MSU knows what's needed to get to Omaha, and the Hogs have the arms to get to Omaha ... just don't really have the offense. However, perhaps the offense gets rolling in the postseason
