They mentioned LSU when they talked about USC splitting the 2003 title

in 2011 LSU was all over espn no one complained, if the Tigers had beatn the tied 1/9 and sealed the deal in 12 bama wouldn't be the media horre it is today.

The Tigers just have to win them all and leave no doubt.. Then espn will be back in baton rouge pimpn the Tigers again..

No, kjntgr. I began to grow tired of their schtick around 2004-5. Not just college football, but how they grew into the MTV of sports. They control what's relevant and have way too much influence on the media, etc. I'm done with their feeble attempts at comedy, political views and race baiting. As far as the Bama white goes, that got old the moment they hired Saban. The fallating began from day 1. The Sunday Conversation, under the lights with bama, behind the scenes with nick Saban, the "roll tide" commercial. As Spurrier said, "Alabama doesn't need any extra advertising. Where's the broadcasting & shows for the other programs." 2010 did me in. "Bama is the best team in the country. They just don't know how to close out games." 10-3? Really? They were very much responsible for the rematch.

Like it or not until someone puts the beatdown on those bastards it won't end. If LSU rises to it's potential then ESPN will do the same with them.

I saw that. Our Q rating has been destroyed every since the debacle in the NC game.

If LSU comes out and pistol whips TCU and shows true strides in offensive production, then you'll see a quick turn around. The following lighter opponents need to be obliterated as well.

It's all up to the Tigers......their destiny is firmly in their hands.

I'm just glad we have an ESPN. You youngsters might not like ESPN but I love em. I hope the new Foxsports network is successful this time around so that we have even more options so that when ESPN shows soccer and poker I have something to watch.

When I was around college age we didn't have shite to watch during the regular season most of the time except Notre Dame and the big ten. And hi-lite shows were few and far between. You pretty much had only your local sport news and George Michael's sports machine on weekends.

Didn't Minter have a very similar hit vs Florida?

I guess it was too early in the season for people to remember.

SEC Preview on ESPN. No luv for LSU

LSU fans care a lot less about the media's coverage of Alabama than the fact that Alabama has done more on the football field than LSU the past few years.

Have they really ??????
Shama is 35-5 the last 3 years.
LSU is 34-6 the last 3 years.

LSU is 2 missed FGs away from being Bama the last 2 years:
Okie State missed FG vs Iowa State
Alleman miss vs Bama with 2 minutes left 11/3/12
