Vandy got called for Leaping in the GA game. The only one more rare, for me, is Hurdling.

Oh, but wait, that's never been called since LSU in 2004, right?

Well how many times have the #1 and #2 teams played each other in the SECCG? If Alabama and Florida remain undefeated, the loser of the SECCG will definitely go to a BCS bowl game, you can count on it. Think about Michigan/Ohio St in 2006, both were undefeated going into their #1/#2 match-up. Ohio St played Florida in the BCS Championship, and Michigan played USC in the Rose Bowl.

I wasn't aware the Big 10 has a championship game now.

You didn't answer my question - how many times has the loser in the SECCG played in a BCS bowl?

and you say i am clueless.....

when the wide out points straight down or to the side at a 90 the side judge or line judge acknowledges that he is GOOD meaning on the line usually with a head nod or if the wideout is in fact too far off the line said ref motions for him to move...

same for being OFF the line then motion with their hand towards the back.....

and it makes a difference because the ref counts him as ON the line once he okays it and the two refs on the line signal to each other how many they have on their side -

though most of my time was as a FJ - I liked being the side judge better...

How is the side judge going to let a receiver know whether or not he's legally on the LOS? He's 20 yards downfield.

So, where were you a FJ?

Just saw this on twitter from a Bama fan...

Great. The same ref crew that botched UGA/LSU & UF/ARK is working BAMA/UT this weekend. Game too important to leave in hands of those guys.

I was hoping you would respond; but I had no idea it would be this funny.

Asshat, the SJ is fricking 20 yds down the field.

Who are you talking to....officials who call 7th grade games? At the college level flank officials do NOT "line up" receivers. Flanks, inconspicuously, mark the LOS with their foot. Where a receiver positions himself is his responsibility; not ours.

I'll type this slowly so you can keep up. Welcome to 2009....There is no requirement for 7 men on the LOS.

Based on your post, I'm sure you do....then you wake up from the dream.

Edit to add: I see Zip already busted his arse on the SJ statement.

I am aware of that - I was testing you...

if the wideout asks for help lining up the official gives it to him.....

I see by how long it took you to repsond despite being online you had to go look up the asnwer though...
