How many of you all are definitely planning on making this year's SEC Tournament? Also, if LSU were to finish up strong with wins over Missouri and Kentucky, would that sway your decision on going?

I was just curious as to how many definites, how many on the fence, and how many doubtful there are.

I would love to go. Only thing that makes me nervous is to win our last two and build excitement again and then proceed to rip our hearts out and lose in our first game.

After watching every single game this season, I will remain doubtful due to the lack of urgency, consistency, and leadership that has been presented on the court. Can this season just be over already???

I am going, unfortunately. I've seen nothing that suggests a miracle run. I guess that would just make it more of a miracle.

He simply asked who was going. And winning 3 straight to end the season would sway you at all.

Maybe some people don't want it to be over? Every game I just watch Ben Simmons knowing one day he will be an NBA All-Star. Also, if we beat Kentucky then 1 or 2 in the tourney, we're in. We aren't a sunken ship, yet

I'm definitely going to Hoover. Does that count?

I concur. His attitude doesnt project that his head is in the game for 40 minutes. IMO.

I'd agree with that. It is also a learning moment for him. It sucks because he's learning things at LSU so he will be more pro ready in the NBA. But that's why he will always look at LSU highly, because it was a challenge and taught him to be a man.

I'll be there and this will be my first ever SEC Tourney outing. Does anyone have advice for tickets? I was eyeballing stubhub and ticket prices were higher than I expected. I also think that purchasing single sessions would be preferable to buying the whole ticket book as I'd likely not be taking in every game and there's a chance LSU is one and done unfortunately. Any advice is appreciated.

Purchasing single sessions is the way to Geaux... will be hard if we're in a session with UK though. There will be a sea of blue here. If we could somehow get Hornsby back, I think we have as good a shot as anyone. We need to be seeded in the top 4 for the double bye.

They need to rotate venues in basketball, baseball, and football.

Frankly, I'm sick of Nashville and Atlanta. I wont be going back to the SEC tourney until its moved from Nashville. I'll always go to ATL, if we ever freaking get back even though I hate that city.

New Orleans, Florida, Dallas are all sites that should be in a rotation.

Why is it OK to continuously give Vandy a competitive advantage by playing this tourney minutes, literally minutes from their campus? Thats like the tourney being at the freaking river center each year. its BS

Because they are terrible at all sports except basketball, and they are just mediocre at that. It is in St Louis next season, presumably because Missouri is even more hopeless than Vandy.
