Season Ticket "Will Call" pickup from Ticket Office delayed?

I stopped in to pick up my season tickets, parking and out of town tickets today and was turned away because the ticket office is not ready to issue them. 2 weeks before the season and I will be "informed when" I can pick up my tickets by email.
Anyone else have similar denial of purchased tickets?

Will call tickets are usually available later than shipped tickets. The printer that LSU uses is in Fort Smith Arkansas. I got an email Friday that either my tickets or parking pass had been shipped via FedEx, but I'm not sure which one. I think they ship out all of the packages to individuals, then ship the Will call to LSU last. Then they need to go through and sort them all out.

The LSU Ticket office is not clear on the delivery. If you choose the will call, it is stated that the tickets would be available for pickup starting 2 weeks before the season.
If there has been a problem, that has delayed the availability for pickup, LSU should be able to communicate that to the customers quickly.
Saying nothing does not solve the problem.

Did it say 2 weeks before the season, or 2 weeks before the first home game? I honestly don't know. They should at least be able to give you your away game tickets. I got mine delivered Friday.

Mine were shipped from Arkansas, to Tulsa (where I live) to Memphis then Houston to Tulsa and should arrive tomorrow. I blame fedex for this one though.

Thanks for posting. Was just thinking to call them tomorrow and ask on mine.
