Fun fact: years upon years ago I had conversations with Jeff Sagarin regarding his "equation". Easily he deserves credit for it outside the BCS formula, BUT... and it's a big BUTT... he couldn't even justify it within the BCS constraints.
I know, :csb: ... truth though.

Even if they do stay at 2, this will be their highest poll and will be dropped from the formula so it doesn't really matter

There's some SERIOUS Big12 bias going on in their formula this year.
Texas, aTm, Mizzou all WAAAAAAAAAY too high (standard and ELO chess BS)...

Notice the Big12 S.O.S. rankings are all single digits for playing... eachother.
