Sad, but true--two options

Rewind to Monday morning. You are given two options:

1. LSU beats ND, Aranda accepts job next day at ATM.

2. LSU loses in typically horrifying fashion, Aranda stays at LSU.

I wouldn't root against LSU, but also can't support losing the best asset to the FB team and winning a meaningless citrus bowl.

All hindsight I realize, more of an indictment of our shitty leadership situation, when we look to a DC as our savior.

Nonetheless, Geaux Tigers.

Easy answer. Lose and keep Aranda. Like you said it is a meaningless bowl game no one will remember in a year.

You're seriously saying that if we would have beaten ND, Aranda would have felt accomplished enough at LSU to move on?
