Yes, my father's side of the family was originally from Mississippi and back in the day Ole Miss was their team.

As you probably noticed, I live in the Atlanta burbs. My father called me Monday and there is a strong possibilty he will get tickets. If he does, I will be there. We should stay in touch.

The thing with saban is, he only knows one way to win and it's his way. The way to beat bama is to get a lead. Saban does not coach well from behind. All the times he had his arse kicked this is what happened, s Carolina, Utah even AU last year (little different).
When was the last time miles got blown out besides some unfortunate circumstances in 2008?

The 2 weeks favors LSU. Bama plays an excellent 3-4 defense. (I'm pretty certain LSU and most teams we play use a 4-3). The 3-4 can be hard to block against and confuses QB's because Bama will rush 4 but the 4 can include any one of the linebackers. The extra week to prepare benefits LSU, as they get an extra week of practice against a defense they are less familiar with. IMHO.
