What exactly is the correct usage of a QB with terrible accuracy and a WR with terrible hands?

I wish they would hire him in some sort of recruiting position. He was a great ambassador at LSU. The kid is reasonably upset after looking back on his college career. It would do nothing but benefit LSU to have this kid sitting in your living room l saying, "I know my career didn't turn out as expected, but this coaching staff gave me every opportunity possible. And when it didn't pan out they gave me an opportunity with a career."
