Gage has certainly come a long way since he was one of the last players offered a scholarship as part of his signing class out of high school.
It certainly helps that after Miles, coaches figured out that Gage needs to play receiver, not defensive back.

Matt Moscona called for him to be benched earlier this year because he was slow and didn’t have the upside of Davis and Sullivan.
