People seem to be down on running QBs. Hint Lamar Jackson ran for over 100 yards yesterday. If Daniels can do what he did Saturday against better competition, we are good!

We're still hungover on what we saw in 2019. 90% of people want that style back. We're haunted by the Les era and his qb's that didn't develop. You will hear complaining until a pocket passer is back. I'll gripe a little as well, as I miss seeing the deep ball. Just the way it is right now. He has to make some magic against Tennessee to shut everyone up.

It’s just gonna be tough to keep him clean and healthy with the physicality each week in the SEC. Let him do his thing as long as he can. Just have Nuss and Howard ready to go.

The problem is that some people try to put a predetermined concept in a box as in a running quarterback and lock that athlete into that box before giving that player a chance to progress and evolve. I remember when a lot of people on this board were begging for Max Johnson to play because he was a so-called mobile quarterback, but now that we have a quarterback who has true mobility they complain it's a damn if you do are damn if you don't. I even heard someone a the spring game say that JD was a wideout and not a quarterback some people huh?
