He is fast enough

And he's 3 on the depth chart. Who is going to have a 3rd CB that is going to be able to contain him?

I think he will eventually make it there, but he's not there yet.

"Lacks a quick start."
Not sure if I agree with that. I've only seen him play in person 3 times. Each game, he always broke open at least one play with his quick burst.
One play, he was back to return a punt... it was a short kick and STOPPED 5 yards in front of him. The defense was 5 yards away on the other side of the ball. They didn't down it. Before they knew what happened, he had picked up the ball off the field and blazed past 4 or 5 guys untouched -- 50 - 55 yrd TD return untouched.
Quick start, fast reflexes, high top-end. All provided in a serene packaged. Kind of reminds me of this guy... no one outsmarted or out-ran the Droopy.

One thing for sure is he very tough. I watched him in the All American game and he caught everything thrown his way and was never tackled to the ground. most times the ref had to blow the whistle to end the play, He looks to have a very strong upper body and very strong hands.

Does any one know how fast he is. Because he didnt look that fast in the game he played on espnu
He's a half step faster than Usain Bolt.

Having watched most of his games live, he is very fast..and tall. His speed is deceiving but it's vertical that will make the DB's look like kids.
