so without the music they wouldn't be pumped for a game?
i have no idea. i'm not those players. but it certainly helps or they wouldn't do it.

i'm not exactly sure where you're going with this.

Unless I am missing the point, I believe he was worried that our players would progress to the UT level of idiocy.

it evolved into that.

I think that video was enough evidence of idiocy. I was ok with RS and JJ, but I would hate to see the team acting like UT did.

i am not going to say BT is racist. but to be sickened by 18/19 year old kids having fun to some music that they like is just stupid.

Once again, you keep saying it, but you're really not giving any justification. What exactly makes this idiocy?

I was just messing with Doc...

FWIW, most players probably listen to music as a way of shutting out external distractions to get focused. If they can't get pumped for a game because of the challenge, they're probably not great competitors. Personally, I don't like players getting over-hyped before the game because of the adrenaline they expend. (although I'm not a physiologist, nor do a play one on TV)

So by this guy's logic the entire basketball team coming out to Fireman a couple years back and getting pumped for the game = thug and idiocy?
