Responsibilities of HC and AD

Dumb question and it wouldn't help much at this point, but can the AD take away play calling and personnel responsibilities from the HC and empower the OC and DC with sole authority in their respective sides of the ball?

HC is HC
AD is AD
our AD has proven he Cannot even perform AD duties well , why in the world would we want him to have any additional responsibilities.
AD cannot fire HC at LSU with our board approval- yep LSU prez cannot fire HC without Board-
Most of you guys have no idea how much the board controls the process

Don't trust Alleva to hire/appoint/direct/manage/inspire ANYTHING.
