Nothing like 20/20 hindsight except Chase would not have been a Biletnikoff winner in Les’s offense. It’s not like Miles didn’t have good receivers. Everyone misses. Saban wanted Vince Young at WR. Lots of people wanted Lamar Jackson at WR. I guarantee O will, (probably already has) miss on some one. It happens.
Everyone is extremely happy with the way this season has turned out. The vast majority were ready to move on from Les. There is no need to cherry pick a mis-evaluation from from like 4 years ago to trash him.
