Georgia Tech will be too strong of a 1 seed. Oklahoma makes the most sense. They will be one of the weakest 1 seeds and it isn't too far from BTR.

Also, while I agree that TCU will probably be paired with the Texas Regional, Arkansas would also be a good pairing with UT.

LSU should be a high 2,

That doesn't factor into things. There is no such thing as a "high 2" or a "low 2", etc. The NCAA will seed the hosts, then fill in the regionals based as much on geography as they possibly can. I know this because I followed the process very closely for LSU volleyball, soccer, and softball. Those principles are the same as baseball.

Most of the experts say we are headed for a "Made for TV" regional that would be Coral Gables Florida.

I think I will have to agree with the Rival projections.

1. Miami
2. LSU
3. Florida International
4. Bethune Cookman/Florida Gulf Coast

If Fl Gulf Coast gets in, they'll be a 3 most likely. I don't think they get in though.

This would not surprise me. A lot of storylines for TV. Bertman-Miami connection, Morris walk-off HR, etc.

Mainieri-Miami connection.

LSU vs. Turtle Thomas in the first game.

Etc.

Bethune is not a bad team either--probably one of the strongest 4 seeds. They had Miami on the ropes in a Regional there a few years ago.

You're right but I doubt the NCAA thinks that much about it.
